Quantity VS Quality

Some of asked why I don't have several sets available every week. I just wanted to take a moment and explain why.

First of all, I am a stay-at-home Mom and my family comes first and foremost. While I can multi-task well (just like most Mom's), I feel that it is unfair to you to offer more designs than I can possibly do in a week. If I have a sick child or I become ill or decide to take a vacation, that may leave you feeling like you've been gypped because I didn't put out 2 or more sets in a week. If I have the time to do more than the guaranteed 3 sets per month, then I will provide them and these are to be considered bonus designs.

Secondly, I feel QUALITY should ALWAYS supersede Quantity. I DO NOT AUTO-DIGITIZE my designs. ALL of my designs are MANUALLY PUNCHED and that takes longer to do. I would rather bring you high-quality designs rather than designs auto-digitized for mass production.

How does the plan work?

Once your paid subscription is set up, you will be able log in and download all designs currently available on this site. You will also be able to download any future designs that are posted during your subscription period. Just log in and begin downloading. Once your subscription service has been canceled, you will not have access to designs unless you renew or sign up under a different plan or purchase from the main website. It is very important that you understand the terms of the agreement before signing up.

What you get:	All designs currently on The Country Needle's website (excluding CD's & gift certificates) plus all new designs that are released during the length of your subscription period. The designs located on our main site are the same designs located here, except for exclusive members only designs.
Why Can't I See What's Offered Before I Join?	You can. All designs currently on our main website, The Country Needle Embroidery Designs are the exact same designs located inside our members area. The exception to this would be club exclusives for members only. If you would like to see what's inside, please feel free to browse our retail site to see what we have available.
Do these plans Auto-Renew?	We realize that during these hard economic times some members may prefer to make their payment manually versus having it automatically taken out. Therefore we are now offering Non-Recurring subscriptions. Beginning 04/10/2009, those who sign up for a NEW 3 or 6 month or 1 year subscription plan will NOT automatically renew. When your non-recurring plan ends and you would like to continue your membership, just log into your account and choose the subscription type you would like to have. The 1 month subscription and ALL subscriptions created prior to 4/09/2009 will still automatically renew through PayPal on the day your current auto-recurring subscription ends. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you MUST do so BEFORE the end of your subscription term. PayPal does not send out renewal notices on subscriptions, so like with any bill, it is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your renewal dates. Please write your renewal date on your calendar. Because of the ever changing protocols of ISP providers and the difficulty that some have in receiving the courtesy renewal notices through our automated system, effective immediately, we will no longer be sending these out. DUE TO THE ELECTRONIC NATURE OF THE DESIGNS, ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS GONE THROUGH, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS (Pro-Rating)! NOR ARE THERE REFUNDS or ADJUSTMENTS (Pro-Rating) GIVEN ON SUBSCRIPTIONS CANCELED PRIOR TO RENEWAL! This is the standard policy for ALL electronic media and there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy!

Design Delivery	Download directly from site via membership. There are no shopping carts in the members area.
Frequency of Updates	You are guaranteed a minimum of 3 sets per month. Sets with multiple sizes are counted as 1 set for each size- For example, if a set includes both the 4x4 & 5x7 sizes, that is equal to 2 sets. If a set includes 4x4, 5x7 & 6x10 sizes, it is equal to 3 sets. Any extra sets are to be considered Bonuses.
